Woman's Day Order Now

I ordered Woman's Day sold by Synapse through Amazon. I received my first magazine in October, the Nov. 3, 2009 issue. I noticed on the mailing label that my 1 yr subscription would end on Sep. i, 2010 which is 11 months. Called Synapse and they claimed my magazine began in August, but they would call me in a couple days. I requested, simply, that they correct the ending date. I later recieved a letter stating that my VISA acct was credited 29 cents for 1 issue!! Today I called and cancelled the subscription and they were going to refund me $3 and change. After objecting, they agreed to refund total purchase of $4.99 less the $ .29 that went on my card.

The money is not the issue - the aggravation is. It took several calls to straighten this matter out and I will not order from Synapse again.Get more detail about Woman's Day.
